SHIPPING AND HANDLING 

We ship in the United States. Merchandise will be sent out 2-3 business days from order date to allow for processing and will take 5-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere in the United states. Please note Dluxe Fashion is not responsible for any delays of delivery once your items have been shipped as ship times do vary base upon origin and destination of your package. 

 

RETURN POLICY

All items are final sale. Size exchanges are excepted if desired size is available. Note (customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees). 

 

EXCHANGES

If for some reason your item does not fit we will exchange the item for a different size if desired size is available. You must ship the item back within 5-7 business days after receiving it to the P.O. Box on the label via USPS. In your return package you MUST provide a note stating your order number and desired size, this will allow for faster processing of your order. Customers will be responsible for any shipping fees for exchange and will be email an invoice for the new shipping cost for any replacement items.
